Welcome to BayaniGuro.com. By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are (and are not)

BayaniGuro is an independent community website created to help Filipino teachers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Department of Education (DepEd) or any government agency. Nothing on this site is an official government publication.

2. Informational content only

All content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It is not legal, financial, or official policy advice. Government policies, salary figures, benefits, deadlines, and procedures change; while we work to keep guides current, we make no guarantee that any page reflects the latest official rules. Always verify against official issuances at deped.gov.ph and other official sources before making decisions.

3. Acceptable use

You may read, share, and link to our guides freely. You may not scrape the site at scale, republish substantial portions of our content as your own, misrepresent our content as official government material, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

4. Intellectual property

Original content on BayaniGuro.com is owned by BayaniGuro unless otherwise noted. Government issuances referenced in our guides are public documents of their issuing agencies. Third-party names and trademarks (including DepEd and TeachTrack) belong to their respective owners.

5. Third-party links and recommendations

The site links to third-party websites and recommends third-party products such as TeachTrack.app. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or performance of third-party sites and services.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BayaniGuro shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site's content.

7. Changes

We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
