Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how BayaniGuro.com (“BayaniGuro,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you visit this website. We keep it simple because our data practices are simple: we run a content website, not a data business.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. If you email support@bayaniguro.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to respond to you.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages visited, approximate location, device type, and similar aggregate usage data. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us.

2. How we use information

• To respond to messages you send us.
• To understand which guides help teachers most, so we can improve and prioritize content.
• To maintain the security and performance of the site.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not run our own advertising network on this site.

3. Cookies and analytics choices

You can control cookies through your browser settings, use your browser's private mode, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site remains fully readable with cookies disabled.

4. Third-party links

Our guides link to external sites, including official government websites (such as deped.gov.ph) and TeachTrack.app. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

5. Data protection

We take reasonable measures to protect information we hold and retain correspondence only as long as needed to address it. We aim to operate consistently with the principles of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

6. Children's privacy

This site is written for teachers and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision.
